舊的數位式三用電表用了六七年了，陪我走過初學 DIY 的青澀歲月，如今已經很不穩定，越來越難用了。之前一直想買個低階的 Fluke 電表來用，但價位實在不低，遲遲沒有下手。想不到最近在光華商場看到德輝儀器的校園專案，只要有學生證就能用台幣 3600 買到功能實用的 Fluke 115，而且還附贈好幾種探棒，外加一只手提帶，真的非常實惠。
我一開始還擔心貨源有問題，打去 Fluke 台灣代表處詢問。經他們證實，這的確是經過授權的優惠活動。
Fluke 115 是 Fluke 的低階電表，但基本的功能一應俱全，可以量交直流電壓（上限 600V）、交直流電流（上限 10A）、電阻、電容（上限到 1000uF），也可以量交流電頻率，對於音響 DIY 來說已經非常足夠，只差電容上限稍低，不能量電感而已。
